To engage every man in America with a credible offer of Christ and with resources to grow.

Serving church leaders who are reaching men.

If you take virtually every problem in America today, at the root of it you will find the failure of a man (e.g. 93% of prisoners are male and 85% of these come from fatherless homes). Today there are approximately 98,000,000 men in America, 63,000,000 of which don't know Christ. Only 8,000,000 of these are active in discipleship. This would be the equivalent of 12 guys playing on a football team and only 1 of them knowing how to play football.

Now, no man fails on purpose – most wake up in the morning wanting to succeed.

Our desire at Man in the Mirror is to come along side pastors and men’s ministry leaders who are equipping men for success.

Why A Men's Event?

Events provide an environment to help men overcome inertia - to reflect, gain perspective, change. But without follow-up, the greatest "mountain top" experience often fails to produce spiritual growth. Our strategy is designed to accelerate your men's ministry and Create, Capture and Sustain Momentum with your men.

Our four-part strategy:

 

  1. Prepare your leaders with the book No Man Left Behind.
  2. Create Value and motivate the men of your church with an exciting men's event.
  3. Capture Momentum from the weekend in the six-week follow-up groups, where we provide the curriculum.
  4. Sustain Change with additional resources for long-term discipleship.

 

An average of one third of the men who attend our men's events indicate they trust Christ for the first time or make a significant recommitment to Christ. Two thirds of the men who attend join the six-week follow-up groups, resulting in ongoing discipleship.
