Have you ever known God to not keep one of His promises? Is God slow to keep His promises and why, according to 2 Peter 3:8-9? What is the effect of "seeming" slowness on our faith in God's promises?

4. In light of the awesome promises of God we have said, "Our problem is not that we believe God for too much but for too little." As C. S. Lewis said, "We are far too easily pleased."
