2. Can you describe a time when someone died, and you felt awkward because you didn't know exactly what to say or do?

3. According to John 14:1-3, what is the promise Jesus makes to the believer? How can you use this (or another Scripture) to comfort someone of weak or strong faith, and should you?

4. What should be our purpose when we want to minister to someone who is dying or grieving the death of a loved one or friend?
