1. Which term best describes your own childhood relationship with your dad-neglect or nurture, and why?

2. What happens when children are left to themselves according to Proverbs 29:15? How is 1 Corinthians 15: 19, 32-33 an example of this? Give an example from your own experience.

3. Mothers are naturally thought of as nurturers. Why is nurture also an appropriate way of describing what a dad does? How do Romans 13:7-10 and Matthew 7:12 support the idea of dad as nurturer? What are some other verses that affirm dad's role as a nurturer?
