1. In today’s text, Jesus restored the sight of two blind men and the speech of a mute. In previous texts, Jesus healed a crazy homeless man living in cemetery (Mark 5:1-20), a woman who spent her life savings over 12 years on a chronic illness (Mark 5:25-34), and raised a little 12 year old girl from the dead (Mark 5:21-24, 35-43). What’s the benefit of seeing all these stories together? What does that do for your faith?

2. Faith works best when based on truth and reason. What is true about these healings in the Bible? What is reasonable to believe about healing for today?
