Pride Type I:

pride in self (Gal 6:4),

pride in others, what’s in the heart (2 Cor 5:12),

humbles self (Luk 18:14)

 

Pride Type II:

self-righteous, look down on others (Luk 18:9),

compare self to others (Gal 6:4),

pride in what is seen rather than what’s in the heart (2 Co 5:12),

thinking too highly of self (Ro 12:3)

 

Humility Type I:

not thinking more highly of self than you ought (Ro 12:3)

God gives grace to the humble (Jam 4:6)
