Your Wife - What Makes Her Tick?

Genesis 1:18, 2:24, 3:16

Questions

1. What is it that most attracted you to your wife? What has been your biggest surprise about married life?

2. What is a woman created for, according to Genesis 1:18, 2:24, and 3:16? What would you say is your wife's greatest need, and why?

3. You and your wife (girlfriend, ex-wife) each have an Emotional Bank Account. In every contact with her, verbal and nonverbal, you are either making a deposit or a withdrawal.

a. In the routine of a typical day what would you estimate your "deposit to withdrawal ratio" to be? (For example: 20 deposits and 4 withdrawals would be a 5-to-1 ratio. 2 deposits and 10 withdrawals would be a 1-to-5 ratio. If your "deposit to withdrawal ratio" shows you are making more deposits than withdrawals, congratulations. Keep up the good work. If your withdrawals exceed your deposits your marriage is headed for trouble.)

b. What are two or three deposits you can make today into your wife's Emotional Bank Account?
