1. There are 98,000,000 men in America 18 years of age and older. Regrettably, 63,000,000 of these men make no profession of faith in Christ. Does this surprise you, and why or why not?

2. According to a survey conducted by Barna Research only 8,000,000 men are involved in discipleship-only 1 out of every 12 men. Amazingly, 90 million men are not involved in any kind of ongoing spiritual growth! Imagine a football on which only one man even knows how to play the game! Brainstorm with each other for a couple of minutes about what you would expect to happen if you had to work with 11 colleagues who had no training for their jobs. Given your answer, what should we reasonably expect to happen in men's private lives since only one out of 12 have been trained as Godly men? How does that compare to your own observations?

3. Why did Jesus come according to Luke 19:10? What does Jesus want us to do according to Matthew 28:18-20 and Acts 1:8?

4. "We are in a life and death battle for the souls of men." Agree/Disagree. Why? Has God called you, or do you sense he is now calling you, to be in the battle?
