Gary first read Man in the Mirror over 5 years ago when his Pastor asked if he would help start a men's ministry. Gary read the book, and knew right away that it might just be the thing to help men understand God's plan for their lives.
As Gary led men through the book, he began to see their lives changed, men were opening their bibles, sharing their hearts, and looking at God's Word in a new light.
Soon, Gary knew that giving away books once a year wasn't enough - every day he encountered men who needed the truth. He began to give away books whenever The Spirit prompted him, or when a door was opened. Gary gave the book to strangers, to friends, and to family - he even reached out to the passengers on his shuttle bus at the mountain park facility where he works.
Today, Gary uses Man in the Mirror, and Beneath The Surface, in a drug and alcohol rehab facility in NC. The results still amaze Gary .
