A Basis for Connection
The release of the film The Passion of the Christ by Mel Gibson has raised opportunities to connect with men about spiritual things. In a recent ABC News PrimeTime poll, 6 in 10 Americans say the Biblical accounts of Moses parting the Red Sea, God creating the world in six days and Noah and the flood happened that way, word for word.

Of course, for most of them they hold these “beliefs” loosely, since their conviction does not affect their worldview and actions. Many men will be wrestling with issues of meaning and purpose in the weeks and months ahead. Why not pray for three men and ask God to reach them with the power of the gospel? Start a conversation, take a man to breakfast, invite him to church, give him a book – but seek to be a witness about what God has done for you.

The Reach Three strategy can help you build an evangelism movement among the men of your church. To read more about Reach Three, click here for a FREE article from our web site. Reformation Among Men Key to Revival
Pat Morley recently gave a message to leaders of the North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention. The Baptist Press release, "Reformation of Christian manhood cited as key to U.S. revival," gives an excellent summary of this core message. Click here to read the article.

A Fellowship and a Force
In April the leaders of the National Coalition of Men's Ministries will come together in Washington, DC for our annual leader's meeting. Please pray for these 100 church, denominational, and servant ministry leaders—that God would renew and refresh them.

The Washington Area Coalition of Men's Ministries will co-host this event with the National Coalition of Men's Ministries. For more information about the leader's meeting, please call the NCMM office toll free at 1-877-MAN-NCMM (1-877-626-6266). For more information about NCMM, see their website at ncmm.org.

Ministries that Pray
Last Thursday Man in the Mirror closed its office doors for our semi-annual day of prayer. The theme of the morning was The Battle for Men's Souls. We spent time praying for personal battles, the battles leaders face, and the battles the ministry faces in serving leaders who reach men. Is your ministry or church tapping into the power of regular prayer?

Can we pray for you? If you have prayer requests you would like us to take before God, please email them to pray@maninthemirror.org, and we will pray for them during our staff prayer time on Thursdays.

Free Press!!!
Is your ministry involved in something unique, exciting or innovative that would be a good resource for men's leaders?  Has your church experienced a revival among its men, or is there a success story from an event or a story of a family restored? Do you have an interesting quote or statistic that would be pertinent to men or men's ministry?

If you have any interesting stories, statistics or information about how God is working in the lives and hearts of men, we would love to include them in this monthly email to encourage other men.

Just send them to brettclemmer@maninthemirror.org.  We'll screen them, and reserve the right to edit for length.  If we make any major changes, we'll run it past you again.  Attribution will be given.
