It will develop structure among your leadership team as you walk through the training materials provided.
	It will get men into small groups by giving them an opportunity to join a six week follow up study. (70 % will commit to this)
	It will put resources into the hands of men. Man in the Mirror provides resources at the events and Patrick Morley always says that he’s watched a man get ahold of a book and seen the book get ahold of the man!!
	It will give men an opportunity to commit for the first time or recommit their life to Christ. (1/3 of the men do!!)

In addition to these practical applications, God works supernaturally through these events as well! Marriages saved, men delivered from addictions, broken relationships with children restored, etc.
