Having An Event

Scheduling an event with us is easy. Once you have scheduled, we assign a support person in our office to help you.

Consult with your church leaders and choose a date unaffected by other church or community events. Please allow for three months lead-time to plan and promote your event. Let us know if you need an information packet to share with others.

This strategy usually works best when:

1. The senior pastor and staff desire to see their men's ministry grow.
2. Someone has the vision, qualifications and commitment to implement the action plan.
3. Four or more volunteers will help before and during the event.
4. Men are willing to lead the six-week discussion groups after the event.
5. There is a three month lead-time for planning and publicity.
