If you want to hear an emotional story about getting saved and being used by God, call Jeff. It won’t be a short call. His story is amazing and leaves you wondering how else God will use Jeff for His glory! Jeff became a field trainer earlier this summer and is located right here in Orlando. He is the Director of Facilities at Church in the Son, where he’s been able to lead and mentor men of all ages on a daily basis. His position with his church has helped him build a robust network of ministry leaders in central Florida. He’s also a faithful attendee. Jeff was saved at the age of 30 and from that moment on, has rested in Romans 8:28 - “…all things work together for good, for those who love the Lord and are called according to his purpose and will.” He has spent his time since then leading a couples’ Bible study, leading men’s small groups – one of which continues to meet today, providing 1 on 1 mentoring and is active in serving in community outreaches. At his church, Jeff coaches small group leaders, is part of the Men’s Leadership team and is the team leader for The God Encounter weekend event. He’s also a faithful helper at the weekly Man in the Mirror Bible Study at the Winter Park Civic Center. Every day, Jeff wakes up thinking about what God would have him do to help the men in his church and those he comes in contact with. Wherever he goes, he is looking for an opportunity to disciple a man. He lives the scripture from Proverbs 27:17: “As iron sharpens iron, one man sharpens another”. Jeff’s goals are to:
