At the Leadership Training Center, we believe the key to lasting change in our families, our churches, and in our communities can be found in reaching and discipling men for Christ. Our purpose is to train leaders to be effective in every ministry effort over the long term, eliminating “rollercoaster” men’s ministry. We offer the following training courses: No Man Left Behind Essentials, No Man Left Behind Practicum, Reaching Every Man (facilitated by field trainers), and our premier 2 1/2 day training, the No Man Left Behind Conference.

Teams of leaders grow close and leave with a renewed and unified vision of what men's ministry will look like in their church. Because pastors are vital to the vision of the church, and because we are also dedicated to raising up a new generation of men's ministry leaders, pastors and young emerging leaders under the age of 30 are encouraged to apply for scholarships so that they can attend and benefit from being a part of the team.

We highly recommend that churches bring their entire team of leaders to get the greatest benefit out of the training. Former LTC Alumni will tell you that it's even worth washing cars on a couple of Saturdays to get there! For all of our courses, we offer tuition discounts based on the number of leaders that attend together. It is our desire that as many men as possible are able to attend from your church and build one compelling vision and plan together.

Everything we do at the Leadership Training Center revolves around systemic, long lasting change. We do our best to provide an ongoing relationship with students, and have taken steps to ensure that you are fully supported on your men’s discipleship journey long after you leave our training. Upon graduation, students attend a formal ceremony and are inducted into a fellowship of men around the world who are dedicated to reaching men for Christ no matter the cost.
