Building
a Sustainable Ministry to Men
2 1/2 Days of Learning, Planning
and Fellowship
In business we say, “Your
system is perfectly designed to produce the
results you are getting.” The same holds
true for your church--“Your discipleship
program is perfectly designed to produce the
kind of men you have sitting there.”
In Building a Sustainable
Men's Ministry, we'll show you the principles,
practices, and components of a men's ministry “perfectly designed” to produce
changed lives, families, churches, and communities
over the long haul -- not just short term excitement,
but real long term change.
You will leave with a specific, written plan
designed with your church in mind. You will
learn powerful keys to long term success, like...
-
How to create, capture,
and sustain momentum among men
-
How to avoid wasting
a decade of your ministry by choosing the
wrong strategy
-
How to connect everything
you do to an inspirational vision
-
How to get men in
small groups
-
How to mobilize the
men you already have

Building a Sustainable
Men's Ministry is designed for senior
pastors, men's pastors, associate pastors, official
men's ministry leaders, and laymen involved
in ministry to men who realize they have reached
an upper limit and want to breakthrough to the
next level.
Pastors-One of
our Board members, a Pastor, says, "There is
not a pastor in America, if he could start over
again, who wouldn't want to start with a men's
ministry." Another pastor is leading a small
group of eight men. He said, "I wish I would
have started this 30 years ago. I know it's
not too late, but I feel like I wasted so many
years." Learn how to reinvigorate your best
men.
Men's Ministry Leaders,
Small Group Leaders, Men's Leadership Teams-If
you want to see the lives of the men around
you change, you must have a strategy that will
create, capture, and sustain men as disciples
of Jesus Christ. Any system not designed to
accomplish this goal is doomed before it begins.
If you want your church
to have a system that is designed to help men
become turned-on disciples of Jesus Christ,
this course is for you.

How
can you maximize the benefits of this course?
Don't come alone!
We want you to be able
to leave the National Training Center and make
an immediate impact on the ministry of
your church to men. The more time you have to
spend explaining what you learned to the other
leaders of your men's ministry, the harder it
will be to implement the strategies and plans
you develop during the course.
The effectiveness of
the course in helping your church develop an
effective and sustainable disciple-making ministry
for men goes up exponentially with the number
of men attending from your church. Add a pastor
or senior pastor to the team of men attending,
and we promise you will make an immediate impact
on your church if you implement what you learn
here. Besides, you need the pastor's support
to make things happen anyway!
Translation: Whether
you have to pass the hat, hold a bake sale,
or charge a few extra bucks per guy at the next
men's retreat or monthly breakfast, TRY AND
BRING YOUR PASTOR WITH YOU!

Lay leaders: Don't forget, Man in the Mirror strongly recommends that you bring the pastor responsible (directly or indirectly) for men's ministry with you.
Pastors: Man in the Mirror strongly recommends that you bring men who you want to be the lay leaders of your men's ministry with you.
