Who should attend?

Building a Sustainable Men's Ministry is designed for senior pastors, men's pastors, associate pastors, official men's ministry leaders, and laymen involved in ministry to men who realize they have reached an upper limit and want to breakthrough to the next level.

Pastors-One of our Board members, a Pastor, says, "There is not a pastor in America, if he could start over again, who wouldn't want to start with a men's ministry." Don't come alone!

We want you to be able to leave the National Training Center and make an immediate impact on the ministry of your church to men. The more time you have to spend explaining what you learned to the other leaders of your men's ministry, the harder it will be to implement the strategies and plans you develop during the course.

The effectiveness of the course in helping your church develop an effective and sustainable disciple-making ministry for men goes up exponentially with the number of men attending from your church. Add a pastor or senior pastor to the team of men attending, and we promise you will make an immediate impact on your church if you implement what you learn here. Besides, you need the pastor's support to make things happen anyway!

Translation: Whether you have to pass the hat, hold a bake sale, or charge a few extra bucks per guy at the next men's retreat or monthly breakfast, TRY AND BRING YOUR PASTOR WITH YOU!

Costs

Costs include all materials required for the conference.

Meals included: Lunch on Thursday and Friday. Continental breakfast and snacks will be provided all days.

Cost does not include transportation or lodging. Man in the Mirror will reserve a block of rooms at a special rate at a local hotel, which also provides continental breakfast and limited shuttle service. Attendees will be responsible for arranging transportation to the 'official' hotel or other lodging selected. Attendees are on their own for one dinner Thursday evening. Restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel.

As you can see from the tuition rates above, there is a substantial benefit in bringing multiple attendees from your church's men's ministry. This course is suitable for all men who have a heart to reach other men.

Lay leaders: Don't forget, Man in the Mirror strongly recommends that you bring the pastor responsible (directly or indirectly) for men's ministry with you.

Pastors: Man in the Mirror strongly recommends that you bring men who you want to be the lay leaders of your men's ministry with you.

Itinerary

Basic overview of the schedule:Times of prayer, sharing, and fellowship will be interspersed throughout the course.

Special Social Activity: On Friday evening we will have an optional activity including dinner and a shared adventure that may get your competitive juices flowing. Total cost for this activity is under $25 and is not included in the tuition.
