Essentials of a Sustainable Ministry to Men is a condensed 8-hour version of our popular 2-½ day premier training, the No Man Left Behind Conference.

This course takes a men’s leadership team through a fast-paced curriculum covering the essentials of a strategic approach to reaching men. Short lessons are interspersed with small-group activities and large-group interaction.

In this practical, interactive course you will learn how to:

• Build on to your leadership team effectively
• Use “resonance” to recruit men
• Meet men’s felt needs and spiritual needs
• Keep men interested after the “big event" by capturing and sustaining momentum
