Men's Ministry Specialist
A Special Letter to Men's Ministry Specialists
Dear Brother and Fellow Leader:
You are about to embark on an adventure that will challenge and stretch you. By enrolling in the Men's Ministry Specialist program, you have indicated the level of your leadership. You are a leader who:
- .is seeking to grow in your walk with Christ.
- .wants to learn new tools and tips to expand your ministry.
- .sees the value of investing in your ministry and equipping yourself with the best training and tools you can find.
- .is not just a leader, but a leader of leaders.
You will be joining the January class of the Building a Sustainable Men's Ministry course at Man in the Mirror's Leadership Training Center . Your schedule, however, will be augmented with additional trainings, as follows:
Wednesday, January 11
- 5:30 pm - 8 pm - Dinner and MMS Training Session 1
Thursday, January 12
- 8 am - 4 pm - Participate in regular course work
- 7 pm - 9 pm - MMS Training Session 2
Friday, January 13
- 6:45 am - 4 pm - Participate in regular course work
- 4:30 pm - 7 pm - Social Outing with whole class (approx. $20)
Saturday, January 14
- 8 am - 11 am - MMS Session 3
- 11 am - 12 noon - Class Graduation
By the time you come in January, you will need to have your own spiritual mentor and a small group of men - your own 'band of brothers' - in place. You will have much to share with them when you return! We will preview the remainder of the program with you while you are here, including the curriculum for your small group, which will be from the Disciple Bible Study.
