Serving church leaders who are reaching men.

If you take virtually every problem in America today, at the root of it you will find the failure of a man (e.g. 93% of prisoners are male and 85% of these come from fatherless homes). Today there are approximately 98,000,000 men in America, 63,000,000 of which don't know Christ. Only 8,000,000 of these are active in discipleship. This would be the equivalent of 12 guys playing on a football team and only 1 of them knowing how to play football.

Now, no man fails on purpose – most wake up in the morning wanting to succeed.

Our desire at Man in the Mirror is to come along side pastors and men’s ministry leaders who are equipping men for success.

Leadership Training Center PDF Print E-mail

At the Leadership Training Center, we believe the key to lasting change in our families, churches, and in communities can be found in reaching men for Christ. Our purpose is to train leaders to be effective in every ministry effort over the long term, and to disciple every man. There are several ways in which your team can receive No Man Left Behind (NMLB) training:  the 2½ day Conference, the 1½ day Essentials and/or  Practicum, and the video-based Courseware (two courses). Also, Field Trainers offer Reaching Every Man, a basic training on the Model's core concepts.

Thousands of leaders have been trained on the No Man Left Behind Model and seen it revolutionize the way they minister to men.Teams of leaders and pastors leave with a renewed and unified vision of what men's discipleship will look like in their churches, along with the tools and strategy to make it happen. This is not a cookie-cutter program that we prescribe, but rather a system for creating a discipleship strategy that is customized for your church and your men.

We highly recommend that churches bring their entire team of leaders to get the greatest benefit out of the training. Our alumni will tell you that it's even worth washing cars on a couple of Saturdays to get there! For all of our courses, we offer group discounts or scholarships. It is our desire that as many men as possible are able to attend from your church and build one compelling vision and plan together.

Everything we do at the Leadership Training Center revolves around systemic, long-lasting change. We do our best to provide an ongoing relationship with alumni and it's our desire that you are fully supported on your men’s discipleship journey long after you leave our training. Upon graduation, students are inducted into a fellowship of men around the world who are dedicated to reaching men for Christ no matter the cost.
